A bluethroat and a starling. 20181104.

In the lifetime of a year two birds come together

Once in the season of winter.

I would have helplessly wondered what it must be like,

To step foot in paradise, prepared to bid goodbye

If I didn't already know

And would have thought the birds miserable

And just as hopeless, but I know better.

I know time will run its course,

We will be together, and we will be apart

And for a bird in love with another

This is better than not being together at all.

Migrating birds in love visiting India in the winter season.
